Return Policy

Within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, if the customer finds that the product has quality problems and needs to be replaced, please contact the customer service personnel.
Free exchange status:
(A) If the product received by the customer is inconsistent with the customized product, it can be replaced for free;
(B) The product received by the customer is severely damaged or has quality problems.
(C) Due to some force majeure factors in the transportation process, if the goods are not received, the customer can be reissued free of charge.
When returning or exchanging goods, please return the replaced product together with the original documents, otherwise we will not be able to handle the exchange procedure for you.
Note: We will arrange for the reissue of the defective parts as soon as possible, and the return and exchange procedures will take about one week to process (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned product), please wait patiently, thank you!
